Australia, I'll Miss You D:

Watched Avatar at the IMAX cinema in Melbourne yesterday night at half past nine.
The story was... decent.
But the graphics were AWESOME since my family and I watched it in 3D on the world's 3rd largest screen. :D
It cost $100+ for the tickets (RM300+).
Crazy price, but worth it.
My first experience watching a movie at IMAX. 8)
Anyway, hi!
I haven't been blogging much since I came to Australia, have I?
I guess I'm only blogging now since I actually have time to, and the fact that my brothers are out, walking around town. It's now 10:37pm here, by the way.
Oh, and I'm going home to Malaysia tomorrow; Christmas Eve.
But I'm only arriving there on Christmas since there's a 6 hour transition between flights (Melbourne -> Singapore -> Malaysia).
Australia's been a blast, though.
Visiting various attractions and going on long drives to get there were basically what we did all day. Oh, and walking around town too, of course.
Sydney was amazing.
Melbourne is quieter, but it's really comfortable here.
I wish, I wish, I wish, that I could live here like Emily.
It's so much nicer here; though, I'll miss Malaysia sooner or later, I guess. :|
Ok, let's see.
In Sydney, I've been to: Sydney Opera House, Royal Botanic Gardens, Taronga Zoo, Blue Mountains, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Bondi Beach, Manly Beach, The Rocks, Kings Cross, Darling Harbour.
In Melbourne/Victoria, I've been to: Federation Square, Yarra River, Yarra Valley, Phillip Island, Great Ocean Road, The Twelve Apostles, St Kilda.
And on the way from Melbourne to Sydney, we stayed at a motel in Mallacoota overnight and the next day, we visited Eden, went to the cheese factory to eat in Bega and drove around Batemans Bay. Then, we continued on our journey.
Then on the way back from Sydney to Melbourne, we stopped at Canberra for lunch and then stayed at Albury overnight before continuing the journey.
Oh, I rode on the City Circle Tram today with my parents since it's our last day here.
Basically we just sat on the tram and went around the city.
But we got off at the Harbour Town Shopping Centre to, well, shop.
I tried on many tops, shorts, pants, dresses, but I didn't buy much since my mum said that the material (polyester, mostly) for some of the clothes weren't really suitable for Malaysia weather.
And while we were walking around, some girls dressed as elves gave us some chocolate elves.
After that, we went to eat at KEBABBQUE.
Ordered, ate, then walked back to where we got off the tram and rode it again until it stopped at The Old Melbourne Gaol.
We wanted to go in, but it was already closed for the day. ):
So, we just continued to walk back to my brother's apartment, but stopped at Il Dolce Freddo to get some gelato. :P
Whoah, okay, I think that's enough for tonight.
I gotta go sleep now (11:22pm now).
Bye !
-Alisa
