Happy Chinese New Year to everyone who's celebrating!  (:
This year is the year of the Ox, so that kind of inspired the two-lettered title, haha.

Anyway, I went to my neighbour's house today at 11:10am for their
CNY open house. Walked there.
Parents, oldest brother & I went; second brother had to go to work at 9am today. (O.O)
While we walked to the house, the streets were like ... empty. So, my family were all, "Are you sure it's today? Maybe it's on the 27th not 26th. O.O" "...are we too early?" "Are you sure this is the right house?" and so on. Lol.
In the end, we saw one other family there before us. Malay family; the dad's a doctor, I think.  :O
Uh, then I ate
ABC/ice kacang.
Dessert before lunch, yo.
 (;

I also realised something weird; are children getting smaller now? 'cause one of my neighbour's son is small ... and he's supposed to be 12 this year.  (-_-)
And hell, I even thought my second cousin, Ryan, was 5 or 6 when he came over to my house two days back. He's eight. EIGHT.
ohmygod,
I seem like a giant at the age of thirteen.  (=.=)
*yes, umm, niece/nephew are the children of your siblings; so, really, I have no nieces/nephews so far. o.o

ANYWAY,
back to the main topic of me going to my neighbour's house.
At 12pm or so, there was a lion dance on the front porch. Was okay, I guess. Got bored when the 'lions' went into the house. & the gong and stuff were freaking loud. I'm surprised that my ears are still working. (o_o)
After the 'lions' went out the house and into the garden, I saw one of the 'lions' climbing something that looked like a treetrunk. Was awesome, haha.
After that, another pair of 'lions' climbed onto a platform-thingy they set up earlier. One of the 'lions' was so cute! It was so short; little kids inside the 'lion'.  x3
The bigger 'lion' did a stunt by jumping onto something and leaves falling into the 'lion''s mouth. Everyone clapped at that. (:
Then, the previous pair of 'lions' started moving around again.

After that, there was a dragon show.
Was okay, the swirling effect was nice(:
It was a
pink dragon chasing after a pink ball. Interesting.

Then I went home with my family; had to walk in the hot sun, urgh.
Oh yeah, I recieved an
ang pao from my neighbours, RM5 inside. Good, considering that I'm not even Chinese. XD
& mann, the Japanese garden my neighbour's had was nice. The Koi fishes were huge, seriously. I wouldn't ever want to accidently fall into the pond. *shudders*
There was also a spider's web over the pond, looked nice, it was glittering in the sunlight. (:
& I also saw a boy statue peeing out water into the pond.
O.O

*cough*
Um, so that's it, I guess.
My cousins came over to my house, saw my one of my second cousins, Adriana Amani or something. She calls herself Amani, haha. So cute(:
I think she's like, 1 year old? Not sure.

Ahah, saw my adorable second cousins in three days straight.
Ryan, Raihan and Ryna on 24th. (boy, girl, girl; father's side)
Aiman on 25th. (boy; mother's side)
Amani on 26th. (girl; father's side)

Okay, that's the end of my post for today.
I will maybe take pictures of my school sports clothes for the next post. (Yes, I'm taking up your suggestion, Mei. XD)

Ttyl, then .
